Aztec's Road System Plus is a complete replacement brake block system for road brakes, made up of an anodised aluminium alloy pad shoe with a built-in pivot system that keeps weight down and makes alignment easier to get right. The Plus compound inserts are held in place with 2 mm Allen-head screws and slide out and slide in for replacement, so future changes take minutes. It comes supplied with one set of alloy rim compatible pad inserts in grey and charcoal, one size.
The Plus compound is Aztec's high performance option, giving strong braking power, positive feedback at the lever and good durability, while the CAD tread pattern maximises contact area for consistent performance wet or dry. Replacement Plus inserts are sold separately. We have this on the shelf in Kennington for free click and collect, and our mechanics can fit and set it up the same day.
