Organic compound replacement disc brake pads from Aztec, made for Avid XO Trail and SRAM Guide brakes. The organic compound is designed and developed for UK riding conditions, and it is more forgiving on rotors with less brake squeal than a sintered pad. The trade off is durability: softer organic compounds don't last as long as sintered, but they give a much better initial bite in dry conditions. They work well in all conditions, with exceptional performance on drier roads and trails through spring and summer. The backing plate is stiff and corrosion resistant, and the compound is race tested on and off-road.
