Aztec's BRBX organic compound pads are a replacement set for Shimano flat mount callipers, developed and tested for UK riding conditions. Organic compounds are more forgiving on rotors and quieter than sintered pads, with a much better initial bite in dry conditions, though the softer material does not last quite as long. They work well in all conditions and are at their best on drier roads and trails in spring and summer. The backing plate is stiff and corrosion resistant.
