A welded butyl rubber inner tube sized 700x25-32c, so it covers tyres from 25 to 32mm wide on 700c wheels. The valve is a Schrader, the same car type fitting you will find on a petrol station airline, which means any standard Schrader pump head or track pump will inflate it without an adaptor. Check the width printed on your tyre sidewall and the valve hole in your rim before you buy.
