The BBT-22 is a shop quality bottom bracket tool for installing and removing Shimano and ISIS Drive splined 20-tooth cups. It is investment cast steel with a flat tooth profile, which keeps engagement with the cup as full as possible when you are leaning on a stubborn bottom bracket. You can turn it with a 3/8" drive torque wrench, a 3/8" ratchet driver, a 32mm wrench, a 1" wrench or the FRW-1 Freewheel Remover Wrench, so a torque wrench setup is straightforward if you want to tighten to a figure rather than by feel.
It replaces the earlier BBT-2, so it is the current choice if you are restocking a home or shop toolkit. Made in the USA and covered by Park Tool's limited lifetime warranty. We have it on the shelf in Kennington, so you can collect it free of charge, or leave the job with us and our mechanics will handle it the same day.
