The RS300 is Shimano's 700c front clincher wheel in black, built on a 24 mm high profile rim and laced radially with 16 straight pull stainless steel butted and bladed spokes. Elbow-less spokes and wide flange spacing give a strong, laterally rigid wheel that still rides with some compliance, and the anodized hub shell keeps things tidy. A quick release skewer is supplied, so it is ready to drop in.
Inside the hub, angular contact bearings cradle the balls for both radial and lateral support, which means durability in real world riding plus precise adjustment and straightforward maintenance.
