The Dropout 172 is a replacement rear derailleur hanger from Wheels Manufacturing, CNC machined from solid 6061 aluminium to exact tolerances. It is made to be stiffer and more rigid than original equipment hangers, which helps keep the mech where it should be and sharpens shifting. It still does the job a hanger exists to do, breaking before your frame does. The black anodised finish adds scratch and damage resistance, and the laser etched marking makes the part easy to identify later.
