Fork Servicing & Suspension Repairs in London

Keeping Your Suspension Performing

Suspension forks need regular servicing to perform correctly. Over time, oil breaks down, seals dry out, and bushings wear, leading to a harsh ride, oil leaking past the wiper seals, or the fork not returning to full extension. We service air and coil suspension forks from RockShox, Fox, SR Suntour, and other manufacturers.

Lower Leg Service

A lower leg service involves removing the lowers, cleaning the stanchions and bushings, replacing the wiper seals and foam rings, and refilling with the correct weight and volume of bath oil. Recommended every 50 to 100 hours of riding, or at least once a year for regular riders.

Full Fork Service

A full service strips the damper cartridge and air spring, replaces internal seals and oil, and reassembles to manufacturer specifications. This restores small-bump sensitivity and consistent damping. We follow manufacturer service intervals and torque specs throughout.

Rigid Fork Replacement & Fitting

For commuters and touring cyclists running rigid forks, we fit replacement forks matched to your frame's steerer diameter, brake mount standard, and axle type. We cut the steerer to length, fit the star nut or expansion plug, and set headset preload precisely.
