Official Dealer Diagnostics
If your Bosch-powered e-bike is showing an error code, cutting out, or not providing assistance as it should, we run a full diagnostic using Bosch’s official dealer software. We check firmware versions, sensors, battery health data, and system logs, then explain what we’ve found in plain English.
Common workshop jobs include software updates, speed sensor and wiring issues, display and control unit replacements, and motor removal/refit for deeper inspection. To make your visit smoother, please bring the charger and battery key, plus any relevant paperwork or symptoms you’ve noticed.
What We Check During a Diagnostic
We start by checking the bike as a complete system: connections, sensor alignment, and the general condition of the drivetrain, brakes, and wheels. Then we connect to Bosch diagnostics to review fault history, live sensor values, firmware versions, and battery data. If the issue is intermittent, we may recommend leaving the bike with us to reproduce the fault and confirm the fix.
Common Bosch Issues We See
Riders often notice assistance cutting in and out, unusual noises under load, speed sensor faults, damaged wiring, or display/controller issues after a drop or water exposure. We can also advise on battery performance concerns and help you understand what the system is reporting.
