1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using cyclefixlondon.shop, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Workshop Services

All bicycle repairs and services are subject to an initial assessment. We reserve the right to refuse service for equipment that is deemed unsafe or beyond reasonable repair.

3. Pricing and Payments

Prices listed on the website are estimates. Final pricing will be confirmed after physical inspection of the bicycle. Payment is due upon completion of the service.

4. Storage and Collection

Bicycles must be collected within 48 hours of notification of completion. We may charge a storage fee for bicycles left beyond this period.

5. Limitation of Liability

Cycle Fix London is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, except where prohibited by UK law.
